Every person can be
an AI builder.

Pathkey is an AI-native software studio built on a simple belief: AI should make people more capable, not more replaceable. That shapes everything we do.

Why we started Pathkey

Building software has become cheap and fast enough to change who gets to do it. The person closest to a problem — a founder, an expert, a team inside a larger company — can now build the thing that solves it, instead of waiting on a vendor who'll never understand it as well as they do.

But cheap to build doesn't make it obvious what to build. The hard part was never the code; it's knowing which thing is worth building, and choosing the simpler answer when the complicated one is the one for sale. That's the gap we started Pathkey to close — helping you find the shortest path to real value, even when that means doing less, not more.

We believe good help should leave you stronger, not dependent. So whether we hand you a tool or work alongside you, the aim is the same: that you come away more capable than you started, able to carry it forward on your own terms.

Sound familiar?

You've been pitched AI solutions for problems that didn't need AI

We'd rather tell you what you actually need, including when that's nothing.

You have a product idea but hiring even one good engineer costs more than your runway allows

Building is cheaper than it has ever been. We help you build the right thing — fast, at a fixed price.

Your team has deep expertise but no AI skills to match

That's an enablement problem. The knowledge is already there. We add the capability.

What we actually do

Think with us

Honest, opinionated guidance, including when the right answer is 'don't build it.'

Build with us

From napkin sketch to a working 0→1 product. We're in the codebase with your team, and we hand you the keys.

Teach with us

Turn domain experts and engineering teams into AI-native builders. Then we get out of the way. That's the whole point.

Use a product we've built

If your problem fits one we've already built, there's no 0→1 needed — pick it up, or we adapt it if it's close. See Products.

How we engage

Three modes, used individually or woven together as the work demands.

01
Guide

Honest, opinionated counsel on where AI fits and where it doesn't — build vs buy, what's worth doing, and when the answer is to do less, or nothing at all.

02
Build

We build the automation that takes the repetitive, rules-based work off your plate. Hands-on with you, not behind a wall.

03
Teach

When we step out, the AI-native way of working stays. Your team runs and extends what we built, without waiting on us.

Who we work with

Two kinds of people call us. Different problems — same principle: do the smallest thing that genuinely helps.

For Leaders
Honest thinking partner

On strategy, build vs buy, and roadmap calls. Points of view backed by experience, not slideware — and we'll tell you when the right answer is "don't do it."

A working prototype as a sounding board

When an idea needs pressure-testing before a decision, we can usually stand up something clickable in a day or two. It turns abstract debates into something real.

AI-native leadership workshops

Sessions that start with your own day-to-day work, not an intro lecture. Learn to let AI handle the noise so your energy goes to the decisions that matter.

For Practitioners

Accountants, company secretaries, lawyers, bankers, analysts — the experts whose work runs on filings, reconciliations, and deadlines.

Automate the work that eats your day

We map where your time actually goes (the rules-based, repetitive work — reconciliations, filings, document checks, data wrangling) and build the automation that absorbs it. The judgement stays with you.

A thin layer, not a platform overhaul

Most wins don't need a year-long build or ripping out your tools. A focused layer on what you already use gets you most of the value at a fraction of the cost.

Accountability-first by design

In regulated work, someone signs. We draw a clear line between what the automation handles and what a person reviews and approves, so you move faster without taking on risk you shouldn't.

The people you'll work with

Pathkey is three people. We've worked together, learned from each other, and now we help founders figure out where AI actually helps, and where it doesn't.

Suyog Patki

Suyog Patki

Partner

Co-founded Rapid Circle India and built it into a 200+ person Microsoft cloud consultancy over two decades. Along the way, figured out that the companies worth building are the ones people don't want to leave, which became the subject of his TEDx talk on next-gen work culture. Active angel investor and mentor to early-stage founders. Believes the most valuable thing he can offer a leader is an honest perspective with no product attached.

Co-founded Rapid Circle India alongside Suyog and spent over a decade shaping the culture that made it a Great Place to Work. As the driving force behind the culture, she spent most of her time solving people problems and building the kind of transparent, non-hierarchical environment where people thrive. At Pathkey, she keeps that same focus on people, making sure the way we work stays human as the tools get smarter.
